By choosing to sign up to the gold class membership you agree to the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions outline the parameters and entitlements of the subscription. Note that the current $5USD cost per month covers the period of which last payment was made. 

Broadhead insurance 

Broadhead insurance has been designed to repair damaged goods in the case of accidental damage. The only parts that will be covered are apart of the Elite Series crossbreed. These are the following parts:

1) spare Blades 

2) Screws

3) Orings 

4) Washers 

5) Chisel tips 

NO ELITE SERIES BODIES OR ANY OTHER PREVIOUS TRUE BLUE CROSSBREED BODIES ARE COVERED BY THIS MEMBERSHIP. TUE BLUE BROADHEADS TAKES NO RESPOSABILITY FOR DAMAGED BODIES / FERREL. 

How it works:

Each subscriber is entitled to 1 full change of the listed 5 items above per month of the paid gold class membership. These items if they are found to of broken or are damaged to a point of being unable to be used the gold class member will be entitled to additional parts. The damaged parts must be presented with photo evidence to highlight the level of damage. True Blue Broadheads will assess the level of damage. Members must issue an email to: truebluebroadheads@outlook.comwith attached photos. Gold members accept that their application for a claim may be declined is insufficient evidence is provided. True Blue Broadheads T&C outlines that additional claims cant be made until the following month.

BLADES: 

A set of blades (x2) will be issued per crossbreed body that’s blades are damaged. Damaged blades include extreme chipping, snapping, shape warping and cracking. The Gold Class Membership will not cover blunt or dull blades from usage or deliberate damage issued to the blades. Any evidence of tampering with blades to secure replicable parts will have their membership terminated. 

Screws:

Any screws that are snapped or have thread damage can be replaced upon photo evidence. Screws are issued in packs of 3

Orings:

A fresh packet of 12 Orings should not have any damage prior to use. Photo evidence of damaged orings such as them having cuts, being brittle or being stretched out will be replaced. Orings that are used and break during use will not be covered. 

Washers:

Cracked or broken washers during use will be replaced with photo evidence.  Damaged spacers include extreme chipping, snapping, shape warping and cracking. The Gold Class Membership will not cover deliberate damage issued to the washers. Any evidence of tampering with washers to secure replicable parts will have their membership terminated. 

Chisel tips:

Chisel tips are subjected to the highest point of impact on a shot. Damaged chisel tips include extreme chipping, snapping, shape warping and bending. The Gold Class Membership will not cover deliberate damage issued to the chisel tips. Any evidence of tampering with chisel tips to secure replicable parts will have their membership terminated. True Blue Broadheads will not cover blunt damage where the tips point is rounded and can be repaired with a file. Although this is stated in our T&C we will accept and review a case by case review of the chisel tip. If the blunting point is see to be significant new tips can be issued. True Blue Broadheads reserves the right to deliver a decision and judgement on the level of damage worthy or replacement.
